Who are we?
The Education and Educational Visiting Stream is a network of SHPA members who are involved in providing clinical and ‘soft skill’ education and training to all grades of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants. They also work with external stakeholders, such as the Pharmacy Board of Australia, reviewing and writing exam questions, or health department education sections.
Why join?
Join the Education and Educational Visiting Interest Group if you want to access our network of experts and peers through the Education and Educational Visiting Discussion Forum. You don’t need to have a specialised role in education to join the Education and Educational Visiting Interest Group.

If you are an experienced pharmacist who works in education role, why not apply to join the Education and Educational Visiting Practice Group. Belonging to the Education and Educational Visiting Practice Group gives you all the benefits of the Education and Educational Visiting Interest Group, plus opportunities to support members of the Education and Educational Visiting Interest Group and contribute to important SHPA work relating to education.
Members of the Education and Educational Visiting Practice Group are also eligible to nominate for election to the Education and Educational Visiting Leadership Committee.
